Open Doors Academy operates across ten sites in Cleveland. With Tandem, they found 25+ vetted substitutes who completed over 620 shifts, and five were hired permanently.
Open Doors Academy exists to level the playing field. This Cleveland-based nonprofit provides year-round out-of-school time programs designed to protect, inspire, nurture, and challenge youth to reach their full potential. Operating across multiple sites, ODA delivers high-quality afterschool and summer enrichment programming with a 100%-for-kids philosophy. Their programs combine academic support with holistic enrichment, helping scholars build confidence and succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
