At just 10 years old, Olivia Weinstock launched a summer camp for toddlers in her suburban Columbus, Ohio neighborhood. “Kiddie Kamp” started small, but by her senior year of high school, it had welcomed over 100 children each summer.
But the real business happened after summer ended. Olivia became the go-to connector for child care in the neighborhood, seeing firsthand the power of a well-matched caregiver, and the ripple effect it had on families, kids, and care environments.
Today, that same belief powers Tandem. We help child care centers stay fully staffed with trusted, qualified caregivers, whether they need a short-term substitute or a long-term team member. Our mission is simple: to make sure no classroom has to close and no child is turned away because there aren’t enough hands on deck.
