Work in a licensed childcare center to lead classroom activities, support child development, and create a nurturing environment.
Tandem is hiring experienced child care professionals for lead teacher roles in daycare and early childhood education settings in your community. If you're a passionate educator with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in education or a related field, this is a chance to lead classrooms, support child development, and work with top childcare centers near you.
As a lead teacher, you'll play a key role in shaping a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. You'll guide classroom activities, mentor assistant staff, and build strong relationships with families and your daycare center leadership team.
