Tandem is officially partnering with the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia (ELCFV) to launch a substitute teacher pool serving centers across both counties.
This partnership extends Tandem's growing Florida network. Adding Flagler and Volusia means more continuous coverage for centers and more consistent opportunities for the teachers who move between them.
ELCFV has been the backbone of early learning in this region for decades. They administer School Readiness, VPK, provider support, family services, and developmental screenings across Daytona, Palm Coast, DeLand, Deltona, and everywhere in between.
They know what centers in this region actually deal with day to day. They know which programs are stretched thin, which neighborhoods are underserved, and what the workforce looks like beneath the surface. That kind of local knowledge isn't something you can shortcut.
